Me and my girlfriend moved in here late last year and Kelly is the nicest and most understanding landlord we could ever have I recommend living in Claypond Commons.

I’ve lived at Claypond Commons for six years, and I love it! Kelley, the property manager, is Loyal and extremely dedicated. She truly cares about the residents . And in addition, she plans events every month, making it fun for everyone. Gary, our maintenance supervisor, goes above and beyond, Keeping everything running very smoothly. His hard work and dedication to his job is like no other! And he does it all with a smile, kindness, and he enjoys Cracking a joke to brighten one’s day. They take great pride in keeping the apartments and the property clean and beautiful.

I completed a work order for a squeaky washer. Gary came the next day and had the washer running and sounding like new. Great job! Great management as well-Kelly Furr.

Gary did a great jib
My girlfriend lives in these apartments and has been moving in. Any problem that we found even the smallest one. He has made every effort to take care of it, including a fairly large one with the hot water heater He treated it like his family lived in the apartment. He was gonna make sure everything was done and working perfectly for her. I can’t thank him enough.

3 Years and Counting
I just signed my third lease at Claypond Commons, with the most recent being for an upgraded unit. Kelly in the main office is an absolute pleasure, and Gary with maintenance is amazing. It's clear that they both genuinely care about the residents who live on the property.

Lovely community. Dog friendly. Convenient to dining, shopping, commuting throughout the Myrtle Beach area, 20 minutes from the beach! The Management staff is so friendly and engaged with resident's. Evelyn Chavez is always so helpful.
