I want to personally thank Kelly and Evelyn for all they do at the leasing office at Claypond Commons. I moved and almost made one of the biggest mistakes of my life. Kelly was so nice and allowed me to come back and Evelyn gave me some of the best life help advice I've received in a long time and they both truly saved my life. Thank you both so much and I'm glad you're both here!

I have lived at Claypond commons for an over a year and just resigned my lease. I love it here. The maintenance staff is amazing and so are the amenities. The biggest reason I chose Claypond commons is because of the wonderful office manager , Kelley. Because of Kelley’s hospitality Claypond is not just my apartment complex, it my home.

Wonderful Staff
The maintance guys Gary & JB are great deticated and hard workers. Very Ethical as well! Kelly and Evelyn have been so sweet to me. Always willing to help out if they can I really like the staff at Claypond Commons Apartments.

JB was very fast in replacing our old smoke detector. Thank you so much. Gary also helped us with another task a little bit ago.
