We had Gary come to our rental and work on various items to our satisfaction and beyond.Gary asked questions and listened intently until we were understood. Pointedly he persisted in installing a door sill ramp and going out of his way to bring a 2nd ramp that was much better. We have the best of impression. Thank you

Gary the maintenance guy is a hard worker and a real nice guy! Kelly & Evelyn who work in the office are also working hard and real nice. This staff is the reason I’ve kept Claypond Common Apartments my home since 2006. Thanks Again!

Excellent place to live, highly recommend. The property has been in a continuous state of improvement, management is easy to work with and very responsive, maintenance issues are extremely minimal and dealt with professionally and promptly, and for the most part, neighbors are kind and considerate! I’ve enjoyed living here for the last two years!
