I’ve lived at Claypond for six years and it’s been a great experience. The ladies in the office, Kelly And Evelyn are excellent at what they do. They are very helpful and accommodating. The maintenance staff works very hard to get things done. They have different activities every month For the residents which is entertaining and enjoyable! Great place to live!

We've lived here for a while now and really enjoy it. The office has multiple activities each month to participate in. All the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Kelly and Evelyn are very attentive and get stuff done! Pat and Tim stay on top of maintenance, and keep the place looking nice. I've not had any issues with any of my neighbors. I really enjoy the community atmosphere and the location is great!

Kelley and Evelyn have always been very helpful and kind during and through my experience and it's always been very positive. I'm thankful for them and my family feels welcomed and at home. Gary has also been amazing making sure everything is running smoothly in my unit for maintenance. He does a wonderful and efficient job. Thank you!
