Great place to live and wonderful staff, they are very helpful when needed. I love taking my dog to play at the pond.

I have been living here since Feb and I absolutely love my apartment and love Kelly. The office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly and supportive. They feel more like family than office management.

Amazing and quick to and right no short cuts

Lived here for years and over all a nice place to live. Making improvements to the property =]. If you have a problem, office team will take care of it. Sometime see ducks, geese, swan, turtles and fish at the ponds. ( I have taken a lot of photos at the pond).

I have lived at Claypond for almost 6 years. The office personnel go above and beyond. Maintenance is very efficient. But I have to say, the office manager, Kelly Furr, Has gone way above and beyond to accommodate residents and to make their living experience Even more pleasurable. She’s been very instrumental in making upgrades to the complex And has also put together monthly activities for all the residents from pool parties, bouncy houses, and treat for the kids, to get togethers at local businesses All at no cost to the residents.

I moved in sight unseen before Kelly and Evelyn took over this place didn’t look that good since they took over it’s done a 180 uturn it looks great now and Kelly and Evelyn are the best.

I have lived here for about 6 months and haven't had any issues. The property manager Kelly is a great property manager, The property is starting to look better each and every day.

From the beginning I had a good sense that everyone who worked here are good people. It takes a team to make things great, and that is what I believe the staff at Claypond Commons represents.......................excellent!!!!! oh, bye the bye.............the lightening is exquisite!!!
