The administration fee is a one-time charge that covers the cost of preparing your lease agreement, creating your resident file, and facilitating the onboarding process for your new home.

This fee is non-refundable, even if the application is denied.

WHAT TYPE OF LEASES ARE OFFERED?

We currently offer leases from 5 to 13 months. Since each lease is based on current availability and changes may come as lease terms are chosen, please contact us for specific details.
