The maintenance men, tarrant and gray were super helpful, my towel bar was broken when I moved in, I let them know it was broken, and they came in and fixed it same day, very reliable. thank y'all very much.

It is very peaceful here. Gary is awesome, professional, funny, and efficient. Kelley is friendly and professional. Windy is new but seems very nice. You won’t be disappointed on choosing here for your home.

This complex is absolutely wonderful!!! My partner and I have been here for almost a year and we have felt nothing but welcome and happy. Kelley, the property manager is amazing in every possible way. She goes above and beyond for us and we stop in the office with our pup just to say hi and chat with her. Gary (maintenance) is super helpful in every situation. He is always very fast and efficient with his work. He has a strong bond with our dog and will stop in his path just to say hi to us. He will roll around on the ground with any dog he see. Everyone in the complex is very friendly and I can’t wait for more memories here.

My partner and I have only lived at Claypond for about 7 months, but it has been nothing short of amazing. Kelley is a true rockstar when it comes to the needs of the residents. She is one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure to meet. Kelley cares about every resident, and she makes it known. Any issue we have had in regard to maintenance, she makes sure it gets taken care of. Gary, the maintenance man, does fantastic work and is always ready to make all the dogs in the complex happy!

Moved to this complex now about 2 weeks ago everyone from Mrs Kelley to Gary and trrant were very polite and welcoming. Gary and Trrant were quick and friendly and polite with helping with some repairs in our unit. Definitely happy I moved into here
