APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Myrtle Beach

My girlfriend lives in these apartments and has been moving in. Any problem that we found even the smallest one. He has made every effort to take care of it, including a fairly large one with the hot water heater He treated it like his family lived in the apartment. He was gonna make sure everything was done and working perfectly for her. I can’t thank him enough.

I just signed my third lease at Claypond Commons, with the most recent being for an upgraded unit. Kelly in the main office is an absolute pleasure, and Gary with maintenance is amazing. It's clear that they both genuinely care about the residents who live on the property.

Lovely community. Dog friendly. Convenient to dining, shopping, commuting throughout the Myrtle Beach area, 20 minutes from the beach! The Management staff is so friendly and engaged with resident's. Evelyn Chavez is always so helpful.

Kelly is very accommodating, she is very polite, professional, and will help anyone in the apartment when problems arise. Maintenance is very hard working employees they have a lot of apartments to do maintenance on and usually get the stuff fixed that day or the next unless they have to order parts. Always have a smiling face and very welcoming. The activities are almost weekly for everyone's very busy schedule. They post on Facebook or in the office to get the upcoming events. Everything for all ages. Absolutely recommend them. They have a pool, dog park, two ponds to fish in, specially if you are new to the area and enjoy fishing. Or sit by the pond and read a book. The turtles in the pond will enjoy crackers if you want to make friends with a turtle or more.

I want to personally thank Kelly and Evelyn for all they do at the leasing office at Claypond Commons. I moved and almost made one of the biggest mistakes of my life. Kelly was so nice and allowed me to come back and Evelyn gave me some of the best life help advice I've received in a long time and they both truly saved my life. Thank you both so much and I'm glad you're both here!
