Gary the maintenance guy is a hard worker and a real nice guy! Kelly & Evelyn who work in the office are also working hard and real nice. This staff is the reason I’ve kept Claypond Common Apartments my home since 2006. Thanks Again!

Excellent place to live, highly recommend. The property has been in a continuous state of improvement, management is easy to work with and very responsive, maintenance issues are extremely minimal and dealt with professionally and promptly, and for the most part, neighbors are kind and considerate! I’ve enjoyed living here for the last two years!

Kelly, Amber and Evelyn really do care about this place and want it to do great! I can count on both hands the amount of times they went above and beyond for people other then them selves, thats where loyalty stands with me, To the three of you, thanks for all that you do and continue to do❤️
