I lived Claypond Commons for 8 years. there was very Peace and good location. surprisingly I never got any air-conditioner issue in 8 years. There are so many a turtles in the pond. I saw some snapping turtles as well. I want to live here again. Office people were nice. Thanks!

I lived here for three years and just moved May 1st. I can't say enough about how accommodating, friendly and helpful I found the staff, especially Jenny and the maintenance team. The location is very convenient to pretty much everywhere in the Myrtle Beach area. I lived there alone as a single woman and always felt extremely safe and had a variety of awesome neighbors. They have a very nice pool and grill area and a lot of their units are now renovated with washer and dryer. Also, it was very QUIET! For an apartment complex I could not believe how quiet it was. Thank you Jenny and the team for everything over the last three years.

I came to Claypond Commons in search of an apartment. I was greeted with an enthusiastic “hello welcome to your new home “ and a smile from Jenny. She gave me all of the information I needed in order to make this my new home. We toured the amenities as well as two different units showing me the difference in floor plans. She definitely made me feel like I was home already!

Jennifer worked with me and was absolutely the best, she was very knowledgeable and polite. She showed me the property and a couple of the units with different floor plans. She is definitely an asset to the property. It was a pleasure to work with her, Thank you Jennifer!

Went to the office for some assistance to have a document faxed . Shane is always such a pleasure and very helpful and knowledgeable.

Shane just gave me and my mom a tour, he was one of the nicest people we met while searching. The place was so clean and the neighbors all were so kind.

Visited the complex for a tour. The office staff were inviting, polite, and approachable. Jenny answered my questions about a lease and the amenities in the area. Shane provided a tour of a studio and 1 bedroom to provide options for rental. I will definitely consider this complex for possible relocation.

I'm a new resident here at claypond and the ladies in the leasing office were very helpful and very friendly throughout the whole leasing process. If you have pets this place is wonderful lots of spaces to walk your dogs and multiple pet waste cans stocked with pet waste bags throughout the property. The pond is a very nice touch with benches to sit at. I would definitely recommend this place.

The management is absolutely amazing! Great environment, kind people! Jenny goes above and beyond to help us out!
